Composed in 1999, Summer Vacation came about at the time when I was feeling really tired and stress from work. I have always dreamed of having a nice, long break where I can do lots of travelling and doing the things I’ve always wanted to do. So one day, when I was flipping through a travel catelogue, the beautiful sceneries of Europe and USA brought out the inspiration in me to compose this piece.
